What's new
1. User banning in some cases fixed
2. automatic freeze scanner added
3. Roombot help system changed now you can use HELP/1
to HELP/27 in both pv and in room.
New commands
h/message - to change your roombot user help message
when a user sends HELP in pv. Ex: h/You can find me
in room %room%. %room% = roomname to know all tags
use tag/1 to tag/5 in room.
st/message - to change your roombot status message
Ex: st/Send HELP to get started.
autojoin/on or off - to turn on/off auto join when
main bot restarts or reconnects. NB: when you turn
your bot password will be saved but no one will see
it even owners. and when you turn off it will be
deleted instantly.

alert/on or off - to turn on alert notifier like when
room is not protected.
